The Idealistic Seeker

ENTP – The Idealistic Seeker

The world simply must become a better place, after all, there are so many options!

ENTP – Idealistic seekers (IS) see opportunities in everything, they are very skilful at coming up with new ideas. They have good cognitive thinking skills, and thanks to their ability to see connections, they can often surprise others with their reasoning.

They are set apart from others due to their unexpected solutions and uniqueness. That is why their ideas and the logic of their thoughts are often irrational to others. ISs, however, are not bothered by that and courageously continue to generate ideas and present them to others.

They choose what they do according to what they like, benefits are not the most important for them. And they are interested in the many different fields! They don’t value their own achievements very highly, rather they are focused on improving the world.

They tend to leave the impression of tough and strong-willed individuals in new situations. They are considerate towards the weaker and often step out in their defence. It is difficult to pressure them as they take a defensive position, and therefore, are not very lenient.

ISs do not feel exactly how close they can get to other people, it is difficult for them to capture the mood and emotions of others. Therefore, it is difficult for them to approach relationships creatively, they are often too frank and sometimes even rude. At the same time, they are trusting of others and try to be equally friendly with everyone. Because they are entrepreneurial actors but also weak at understanding other’s feelings, they will frequently encounter problems when communicating.

Being active is in their nature, but at the same time, they can leave their home without attention due to their interests and work. Also, they are not good at taking care of their own health. They need to be reminded that they should take care of their health, and that they need to eat well. They also appreciate if someone can help them choose the right clothes that are suitable for the weather and the style.

You can’t speak to them forcefully, rather they appreciate good emotions and interest for their ideas. They cannot tolerate routine. It makes their mood drop as they need emotional experiences. They find it difficult to obey to a strict order. ISs value comfort and security around them. It’s what they like, but they themselves are weak at creating it, and therefore need help from others.

ISs are clever, quick-minded, and resourceful when it comes to solving different situations. They understand the trail of thought of others’ quickly and often can’t wait for them to stop talking – after all, the idea is already clear! They don’t like wasting time, you can rarely find them just sitting idly. Ultimately, the world needs to be made into a better place, and the sooner the better! Despite that, they don’t make it everywhere on time, but that doesn’t stop them from being there exactly when the most important things are starting to happen.

For ISs, it is completely natural to move against the prevailing current, as this is precisely how they are trying to make their big discoveries! You will never get bored with them!
